Abstract

Following revision of Brazilian literature, the Authors present the second case of ocular rhinosporidiosis occurred in São Paulo, Brazil. A 14-year old boy showed a small nodule with whitish elevations in the inferior right eyelid. The histopathological examination showed typical Rhinosporidium Seeberi in the lesions. Surgical excision was performed with clinical cure.
