Medium for culturing Leishmania

Abstract

In the present paper a medium and the technic for the culture of leishmania are described.This method gives abundant cultures for the preparation oí vaccines and antigens. The pH of the finished medium may be determined by means of the liquid part. The potato stimulates the growth.
